TOSA – Instructional Coach
Hinckley-Finlayson School District is seeking an instructional coach to serve our district for the 2022-23 school year. This is a 1.0 FTE. The selected candidate will work with our teaching staff to reflect on current ELA, Math and SEL practices; provide guidance and support to enhance evidence based practices used in the classroom on a daily basis. They will provide support through coaching and modeling such practices. The candidate will also work closely with the MnMTSS Coordinator to implement the school’s processes into their instructional coaching.
Preference will be given to applicants that have experience with instructional coaching, MTSS processes and have a good understanding of evidence based practices and strategies used in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will have instructional coaching experience, and a Master’s with an emphasis in Reading instruction and curriculum.
