Health Services Supervisor
Responsibilties:
- Monitor due process for care and treatment programs
- Teacher observations and evaluations
- Testing coordinator for K-12 and care and treatment programs
- Implement strategies and systems to improve student discipline
- Enhance student, parent and community engagement
- Safeguard the wellbeing of students and the school climate
- Create and monitor student academic and behavioral interventions
- Support and augment instructional leadership
- Lead Targeted Services and Credit Recovery efforts
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- MN Teaching License, Special Education
- MN Administrative License
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with students
- Strong communication skills
- Strong intercultural competence
- Mature judgment and emotional stability under stress
- Demonstrated potential for instructional leadership and ability to work with data
- Ability and desire to work with diverse populations or learners and families to close the achievement gap
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and community contacts.

- Experience with ALC, care and treatment programs
- Experience in collaboration with peers
- Experience or background in secondary curriculum development, implementation and evaluation
