JOB ID: 4019 – .5 FTE Special Education Resource Room Teacher – Part-time position at the ALC beginning 08/24/2023.
Scheduled Hours/days: 20 hours/week to be scheduled based on student needs and assignments.
Duties: Develop and provide specialized instruction to meet the behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs of students with ASD in a high school setting; evaluate and assess student academic and behavioral progress; function as IEP Manager to assigned students; complete educational evaluations as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Deadline: 7/11/2023 – EOE (05/11/2023) Employment is contingent upon the completion of a background check.
Requirements
Qualifications Required: Minnesota Department of Teaching license in Academic Behavior Strategist or more areas of special education licensure. Multiple licenses are preferred.
