Alternative Education Teacher

Renaissance Charter Academy is seeking an Alternative Education teacher with a background in math/science and a passion for inspiring and encouraging ALL students to reach their potential through character development and academic growth within a positive and safe classroom environment. Candidates must be able to build successful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by providing clear expectations and ongoing communication. Ideal candidates will hold an Alternative Education licensure 952 or ability to earn license.

The Renaissance Charter Academy is a charter high school that creates personalized instruction to serve 50-60 students seeking a high school diploma. Students benefit from innovative teaching and hands-on learning. Instruction is more individualized to fit student learning styles while incorporating a standard based high school core curriculum.
