River Falls School District is seeking an energetic, innovative, and student-centered educator to join our dedicated team as a full-time Science Teacher at River Falls High School. This role will be a long term substitute position for the remainder of the spring of 2025 semester. Course emphasis primarily in biology and health science.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach biology and introduction to health science to high school students in grades 9-12.
Create a dynamic, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to support students’ academic and personal growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in science-related areas.
Experience contributing to student growth outside the classroom through coaching, advising, or extracurricular activities (multiple coaching and advising opportunities are available).
A valid Wisconsin teacher license for grades 9-12 in science or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
