POSITION AVAILABLE: Cybersecurity Analyst
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in the Marshall, MN or Windom, MN office locations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of securing various technology systems through continuous assessment and analysis of data pertinent to enhancing cybersecurity posture. The Cybersecurity Analyst will work on multiple projects related to the SWWC Cybersecurity Service offerings and must be able to assess, analyze and present the state of cybersecurity risks, posture, and maturity to technical teams as well as leadership. The position will further be required to assess risks and advise on security standards, best practices, and solutions to ensure that instructional and enterprise technology infrastructures operate reliably and as securely as possible.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in a field aligned to cybersecurity and minimal experience in a job-related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. Security+ Certification is preferred or obtainable within first year of employment. Valid driver’s license required.
Salary/Benefits
SALARY: Full-time position (260 days/year) beginning 3/01/2022. Beginning salary dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience. Excellent fringe benefits.
