POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in Marshall or
Windom, MN office – position will be serving locations throughout SW and WC Minnesota.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Technology Support Specialist I ensures an optimal end-user experience by providing best in class support for hardware, software and systems utilized by those whom they are assigned to support. The Technology Support Specialist I also provides basic local network support for both wired and wireless environments as well as assistance in the management of end-user level server and cloud environments.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree and 1 year of experience in a job-related field OR combination of education, knowledge, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. Valid driver’s license required.
SALARY: Full-time position. Beginning salary is $45,462 and up depending upon education, qualifications, and experience. Excellent fringe benefits. Position to start immediately.
