POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in Marshall, Willmar or Windom, MN office – position will be serving locations throughout SW and WC Minnesota.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Technology Support Specialist II ensures an optimal end-user experience by providing best in class support for hardware, software and systems utilized by those whom they are assigned to support. The Technology Support Specialist II also provides basic local network support for both wired and wireless environments as well as assistance in the management of end-user level server and cloud environments. Technology Support Specialist II is also responsible for the management and support of assigned end-user and enterprise systems.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree and multiple years of experience in a job-related field OR combination of education, knowledge, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. Valid driver’s license required.
Salary/Benefits
SALARY: Full-time position. Beginning salary is $53,598 and up depending upon education, qualifications, and experience. Excellent fringe benefits. Position to start immediately.
