Work with a team to design a Multi-Tiered System of Supports for academic interventions
Help assemble resources for academic interventions
Co-plan and co-teach with grade level teachers
Work with school staff to regularly examine and progress monitor data to make instructional decisions
Work with school staff to ensure implementation fidelity of Tier I, Tier II and Tier III interventions/supports and ensure high quality progress monitoring for students receiving these supports
Communicate with, support, and train non-licensed staff in evidence based interventions and assessment tools
Support school-wide culture of literacy and math
Facilitate and participate in Problem Solving meetings
Participate in building-wide committees
Supervise students as needed
Other duties as assigned by building principal
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Current MN teaching license
PREFERRED:Working knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems and Supports, including evidence based academic interventions and supports
Experience working with teams to analyze data to make decisions and solve problems
