Are you a STEM educator who is passionate about teaching high school students? Do you have a strong interest in the areas such as robotics, drones, automation, engineering, coding, artificial intelligence, teamwork, and problem-solving? Would you like to join a school district that is committed to developing STEM programming at the high school level? Our district’s robotics has qualified for the VEX VRC Robotics World Championships this year. We desire to build out and build up STEM programming and opportunities within our school district in an effort to broaden our students’ exposure to experiential learning.
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for Mathematics, Science, and/or STEM, or a related field, to join our team. If you have experience in these fields and a desire to share your knowledge with others, we encourage you to apply.
Our school district enjoys steady K-12 enrollment numbers and has a strong financial fund balance. Our students are experienced in 1:1 technology learning and have experienced coding, drones, and robotics during their elementary school years.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. As a member of our team, you will need to be able to use a variety of instructional methods, analyze and use data and technology to improve instruction, and build professional relationships. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to plan collaboratively with your colleagues.
Interest in project/problem-based learning is highly valued. We believe in providing our students with hands-on experiences that allow them to explore the world around them and develop important problem-solving skills.

Position Description/Qualifications
Current MN Teaching License
Preferred candidates would hold one of the following teaching licenses:
- 5-12 Mathematics
- 5-8 Science
- 7-12 Communications Technology Careers
- 5-12 Technology
- 5-12 Business
- 5-12 Industrial Arts
