Secretary II – Full-Time (School Year Position)
Caledonia Area Public School District #299 is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Secretary II position. This is a school-year-only position and does not include summer workdays.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support while assisting with office operations, special education services, and communications. Experience in office management, special education services, and website design is preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Experience working in an office setting
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and the public
Strong communication skills
Salary Range: $18.04 – $22.74 per hour, depending upon qualifications and experience.
