Position Start Date: July 1, 2026
Salary: $181,921 + Education credit up to $3,000, additional compensation with longevity up to $9,000 (Principal contract for 26-28 is currently under negotiations)
Responsible To: Assistant Superintendent
Position Purpose: The elementary school principal will provide instructional leadership, general administration and management of the school. In addition, the principal will coordinate the hiring of staff and provide supervision and staff development for staff.

Qualifications: Valid State of Minnesota Principal License
Experience Requirements:
Exemplary teaching and/or administrative experience
Demonstrated leadership
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous improvement
Outstanding organizational skills
Commitment to personalized learning for all middle school students
Prior school leadership experience
