Requirements
The Esko Board of Education seeks Superintendent candidates who:
- Hold licensure as a Superintendent in Minnesota or other state
- Hold licensure as a K-12 Principal, or Community Education Director, or a Special Education Director in Minnesota, and are currently progressing in a Superintendent licensure program with completion anticipated by July 1, 2026
- Will work in a trusting partnership with the school board and staff
- Will have demonstrated successful experiences in district operations, instructional leadership, strategic planning, and financial management
