Special Education ABS, DCD, SLD and/or EBD Teacher

Job Description:      
ABS, DCD and/or SLD 1.0 FTE Teachers at Roosevelt Elementary School.  This position commences on approximately 8/24/26 with the start of the 26-27 school year.

Qualifications:
Experience working with kindergarten aged students with academic and behavior challenges; knowledge of due process forms and procedures required; knowledge of MN SLD and DCD criteria and the evaluation process including Functional Behavior Assessments; understanding the use of Positive Behavior Supports; knowledge of how to write a Behavior Intervention Plan; ability to work with a team; training or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI); and excellent oral and written communication skills.  Highly qualified in Math, Reading and English preferred.  All candidates will be considered.

Daily pay range: $259.04 – $485.53 depending on experience.
