A full-time (1.0 FTE) Science teacher at Faribault Middle School. The position will teach multiple grades in science. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students are challenged and empowered to learn and grow. This position will commence with the 2025-2026 school year.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Implement the provided curriculum using evidenced-based, high-leverage practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously improve their knowledge and skills in content and pedagogy. Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on teaching practices and student achievement. Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration. Knowledge of AVID strategies is a plus. Support and follow School Board policies and procedures.

Daily Pay Range: $259.04 – $485.53 depending on experience.

Requirements
Licensure: Licensed by the State of Minnesota in one or more of the following: 5-8 General Science; 9-12 Science
