Job Title:   1.0 FTE BEHAVIOR FACILITATOR – DISTRICT WIDE

Job Description: 
Faribault Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Behavior Facilitator to provide district-wide support for the 2026-27 school year. In this vital role, you will work to improve behavioral outcomes for students with disabilities and those navigating challenging behaviors. Your primary focus will be developing comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and empowering our educational staff through targeted coaching and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits
Approximate salary of up to $102,185 for 200 days/yr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
