Special Education Teacher 1.0 FTE at Hinckley Elementary School

JOB DESCRIPTION: Hinckley Elementary School is seeking a 1.0 Special Education Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current MN Licensure in Special Education for DCD preferred
Current MN Licensure in Special Education for any other field will be considered
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

•  Work with a variety of students within any disability area

•  Must have good written and verbal communication skills

•  Must be able to create thorough lesson plans and implement them effectively

•  Must be able to do assessments for purposes of determining special education eligibility

•  Must have good data collection expertise and the ability to monitor student progress

•  Must be a good collaborator and team player

•  Must be able to work with and supervise paraprofessionals
