POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director of Operations assumes responsibility for district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan. This position interacts with all departments in the district to determine department and staff needs to plan how best meet the needs of students.

Salary Range
$155,000 to $170,000

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2.5+ years of experience in Education Administration with emphasis in operations/facilities, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Managerial skills including planning, budgeting, supervision, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
Preferred
National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification for crisis management.
