Mankato Area Public Schools has a position available for a full-time (1.00 FTE) Physics Teacher beginning August 24, 2026, for the 2026-27 school year.

Summary of Duties:
The position requires a strong understanding of core concepts such as mechanics, electromagnetism, and thermodynamics, along with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, inquiry-based lab experiences. Applicants should also demonstrate strong safety practices and the effective use of instructional technology to support student learning aligned with state science standards.

Requirements:
MN licensure in Physics is required.

Salary Range:
$50,027 – $91,234 (based on the MTA salary schedule).
