Eastview Education Center / Nature Based Education (PreK – K)
1.0 FTE Position

Monticello Public Schools is seeking candidates for PreK-K Principal position to begin on July 1, 2026. We are seeking an exceptional leader who will be dedicated to collaborating with the staff as well as coordinate with our elementary and secondary administrative teams to establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and effective environment for student success. The contract is a 12-month position. Salary range $124,671 – $136,192 based on experience along with a very competitive benefit package.
Requirements
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Required: Current MN administrative license as issued by BoSA
- Required: Current MN teacher (or equivalent) license as issued by PELSB
- Required: Valid Driver's License
- Required: At least three years of full-time teaching experience
- Required: Evidence of experience in leadership roles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Educational administration or educational leadership, or a closely related field
- Preferred: Current MN B-3 and/or Pre-K instructional license as issued by PELSB
