JOB ID: 4717 – Special Education ASD Teacher – SOAR Program – Full-time position beginning 8/24/2026.
Location: Elementary – Building TBD
Scheduled Hours/Days: 8 hours/day M-F.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and possess a valid Minnesota teaching license in the area of ASD or ABS. You should have a strong foundation in child development theories and the creative ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, grade-appropriate lessons that resonate with your students. Beyond academic credentials, we value excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with parents, staff, and administrators to advocate for student success.
Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA:1-$57,681 – MA40:10-$95,320. Base pay DOQ.
