JOB ID: 4726 – Grade 8 Social Studies Teacher – Full-time position beginning 8/27/2026.

Location: Middle School

Scheduled Hours/Days: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications: Applicants must hold or have applied for a MN Teaching license that allows them to teach grade 8 Social Studies. Middle School teaching experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA-1 $57,681 – MA40-10 $95,320. Base Pay DOQ.

Responsibilities: Successful candidates will need to have a collaborative mindset and the ability to connect with students. The candidate needs to have knowledge of the new Minnesota social studies standards but also understand that working to support students social emotional needs is equally important.
