Location: Bridgewater and Spring Creek

Scheduled Hours/days: 8 hours/day M-F.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and possess a valid Minnesota teaching license specific to your area of responsibility. You should have a strong foundation in child development theories and the creative ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, grade-appropriate lessons that resonate with your students. Beyond academic credentials, we value excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with parents, staff, and administrators to advocate for student success.

Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,681 – MA40-$95,320. Base pay DOQ
