Job summary: Provide secretarial/clerical support to the Main Office
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Provide secretarial/clerical support in the form of typing, filing, duplication of materials, faxing, etc.
Prepare and maintain complete student data in Synergy.
Receive parent calls, record information, verify information, and refer to administration and/or counselors when necessary.
Receive, answer, and/or refer student questions as they relate to school policies and procedures, attendance, discipline; provide information to administrative staff as requested.
Manage student incident reports in Synergy and pull reports for administration when necessary.
Type and maintain various reports and records as they relate to administration and counseling.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
General clerical skills including data management and word processing.
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary: View salary grid on Page 5, Section 1, and Classification, Pages 6 – 7, Section 3 of the Administrative Education Support Professionals (AESPs) contract
Work schedule: 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week
Job type or FTE: Full-time, school year; 212 days
