Central Minnesota Montessori School is seeking a Program Manager / Lead Classroom Teacher to support our 3–6 Montessori program. This position combines classroom teaching, program leadership, family communication, daily operations, enrollment support, and licensing compliance.
The ideal candidate is calm, organized, collaborative, dependable, and committed to authentic Montessori education and a warm, child-centered school culture.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Classroom Teacher and support student learning and development

Maintain an authentic Montessori classroom environment

Support staff onboarding, scheduling, mentoring, and daily operations

Communicate clearly and consistently with families, staff, and the Board

Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS childcare licensing requirements

Lead enrollment efforts, school tours, and family engagement

Support budgeting, reporting, marketing, and school improvement efforts

Attend Board meetings and provide updates on program operations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field preferred

Montessori credential preferred

Early childhood or Montessori experience preferred

Leadership, program coordination, or operations experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Must meet Minnesota DHS Director qualification requirements
