Richfield Public Schools is looking for a collaborative, detail-driven leader to serve as our Supervisor of Student Information Systems (SIS) – a critical role at the intersection of data, operations, and student success. In this position, you will lead the district’s student information system, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with Minnesota reporting requirements while supporting key functions like enrollment projections and district planning.
You’ll serve as the district’s go-to expert on student data, working closely with school leaders, office staff, and IT to improve processes, solve problems, and deliver meaningful insights. This role also includes supervising administrative support staff, providing training and support across the district, and leading essential processes such as state reporting and school year transitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- Experience with Minnesota State reporting Systems (e.g., MARSS, Ed-Fi) Preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with student information systems or data management in a K-12 setting.
Salary: $77,970 - $86,633 (Based on education and experience).
