The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Counselor at the Richfield High School for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will provide students, parents, guardians and district staff with professional services and relevant data that consistently addresses the educational, career, social, emotional and behavioral needs of all students.
We are located in the heart of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and serve a diverse student population in Richfield and the surrounding communities. The Richfield Public Schools inspires and empowers each individual to learn, grow & excel.

- Current Minnesota appropriate licensure is required.
Salary Range: $49,415 - $108,740 (Based on education and experience).
