The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a .75 (30 hours per week) ECFE Teacher at Central Education Center beginning the 2025-2026 school year.

The ECFE Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and facilitating culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate programs for young children and their families within the guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Education. This position collaborates closely with ECFE staff, parent educators, and other early childhood professionals to support both parent-child interaction and individual child development. Key responsibilities include maintaining a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment, assessing children’s development, conducting family conferences, and ensuring accurate program documentation. The educator promotes positive communication with families and the community, supports outreach efforts, and ensures all programs focus on Richfield Public Schools Equity Policy.

Requirements

  • Current Minnesota Early Childhood Teaching licensure is required.
  • Previous teaching experience with children birth-age 5 preferred.

Salary Range: $49,415-$108,740 (Pro-rated for a .75 FTE and based on education and experience)
