The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time (.8 FTE) Elementary Specialist Teacher at STEM Elementary and RDLS Elementary School, working with students in grades K-5 beginning the 2026-2027 school year.
K-5 Specialist Teachers are responsible for developing and teaching content based on an agreed upon topic and Minnesota academic standards. Specialist Teachers create and implement projects that connect to grade-level learning through collaboration with classroom teachers.

Requirements
- Current Minnesota appropriate licensure is required.
- Eligible Licensure Areas:
- Media, Art, Physical Education, Music, Dance, Theater, Elementary Education, Reading Specialist, K-12 Spanish, English Learners (EL)
Schedule:
- .8 FTE. Starting at 7:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- This position will teach Specialist classes - .6 FTE at STEM and .2 FTE at RDLS.
Salary: $51,675- $113,765 (Pro-rated for a .8 FTE and based on education and experience)
