Rush City Schools is currently seeking two (2) full year daily substitute teachers for the 2023-24 school year. One will typically support the high school and the other our elementary school. The ideal candidate will be flexible in covering all grade levels K-12 and possess the ability to work with all students. These individuals will report for duty on all student contact days from approximately 7:45 am – 3:15 pm daily.

Requirements
Successful candidates will hold a valid Minnesota teaching license or a short-call substitute license. Short-call substitute licenses are conveniently obtained through the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board and typically require a bachelor's degree; however, other avenues to obtain licensure may apply to some candidates.
Salary/Benefits
Compensation will align with the current Teacher Master Agreement at approximately $234 per day. These positions are benefit eligible.
