River Falls School District is seeking an energetic, innovative, and student-focused educator to serve as full-time Student Support Teacher at River Falls High School beginning with the 2026-27 school year.

The Student Support Teacher (SST) is responsible for supporting the academic and behavioral development of identified students. The SST serves as a liaison between students, staff, and parents in supporting student success and contributes to a positive building culture by monitoring student attendance, investigating minor student discipline concerns, and leading school supervision efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Hold a current high school teaching license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in any content area (Alternative Education or Administrative License desired).
* Able to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Have strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
* Have experience working in an educational setting with diverse student populations.
* Able to create positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the general public.

The top candidate will be offered a competitive salary. The position is eligible for a strong benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as, paid leave and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System. The position begins on August 17, 2026.
