REPORTS TO: CEO
GROUP/FLSA STATUS: Exempt (Administration), Regular, Full-time, 8 hours per week during regular
business hours (M-F); 260 Days
Salary Range: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00

The Director of Strategic Partnerships leads SCSC’s external collaboration, partnership development, and regional
opportunity expansion efforts. This role develops strategic partnerships, identifies funding opportunities, and supports systems-level collaboration that strengthens member capacity and organizational sustainability.

Partnership Development and Regional Collaboration:
Develop and sustain partnerships across education, healthcare, workforce, government, and community                        sectors.
Facilitate regional collaboration and multi-stakeholder planning efforts.
Represent SCSC in regional and statewide partnership initiatives.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: (Minimum level of education and experience required.)
 Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
 Demonstrated experience relevant to the functional responsibilities of the position.
 Experience in education, government services, nonprofit organizations, or collaborative public-sector
environments preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND REGISTRATIONS: (Minimum required to perform the job.)
 Valid Driver’s License.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (Minimum competencies for job performance.)
 Strong Communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
 Ability to work effectively within complex systems and multi-stakeholder environments.
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and support organizational improvement.
