Job Title: 1.0 FTE Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher, Lake Elmo Elementary School for the 25-26 school year.
Job Summary: To develop materials and lesson plans; conduct instruction; regularly evaluate instructional materials for grade appropriateness; and continually assess student development and performance. To regularly meet with parents / guardians / responsible adults and/or students to ensure everyone’s clear understanding of that student’s or students’ overall performance in terms of strengths / weaknesses, progress / potential and any other observable characteristics, abilities or challenges which are affecting the student’s or students’ performance.
FTE/Hours per Day: 1.0 FTE, 192 days per year

Salary/Wage Information: The salary range for this position is $53,710 – $101,338. A generous insurance plan including medical, dental, vision, life and LTD insurance. We also offer a 3.5% 403b match.

Requirements
Kindergarten teaching licensure issued by the State of Minnesota
Fluent in Spanish. Native Spanish speaking candidates preferred
Experience with cultural competency and a passion for working with and servicing diverse populations
Ability to inspire and motivate others toward a shared vision
