LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Saint Peter School Board seeks a superintendent with strong leadership skills who:
- Aligns educational initiatives with strategic goals and demonstrates strong decision-making skills.

- Ensures fiscal responsibility and promotes financial transparency.
- Displays exceptional communication skills, with proven proficiency in human relations and experienced in equity leadership, addressing challenges and opportunities effectively.
- Exhibits visionary and innovative thinking.
- Acts with integrity and ethical standards, fostering trust and collaboration among diverse groups and communities.
Previous superintendent experience preferred, but not required.
SALARY/CONTRACT: A competitive compensation and benefits package, with a salary range of $160,000-$190,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. Contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute. Additional benefits available include Health/Life/Long-term disability insurances; vacation/holidays; 403b district match.
