Requirements
● Must have a thorough understanding of MSHSL rules/policies as well as District Policies & Guidelines.
● Ability to work with varied levels of skill and talent.
● Must have great communication skills.
● Knowledge of safety protocols, injury prevention, and first aid, with a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
● Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.
● Availability to attend practices, games, and other team-related events, including evenings and weekends as required.
