BRIC is seeking an experienced educational professional who is passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and partnering with educators to build positive learning environments across our member districts.

The Behavior Consultant provides consultation, coaching, professional development, Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Planning, CPI training, and systems-level behavioral support.

Requirements

Qualified applicants must hold a current Minnesota license as one of the following:

  • School Psychologist
  • School Social Worker
  • Special Education Teacher (with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting students with significant behavioral needs)
