District Description and Communities Served: Spread out across 516 square miles including Aitkin, Cass, Crow Wing and Morrison Counties, Brainerd Public School District is nestled in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area which is home to world class golfing, great dining and miles of trails, lakeshores, public parks and beaches. This central Minnesota school district has 6 elementary schools, 1 middle school, 1 high school, and 3 alternative program sites serving the communities of Brainerd, Baxter, East Gull Lake, Garrison, Merrifield, and Nisswa.

Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Superintendent in Minnesota. Successful experience as a superintendent or administrator preferred. MASE is currently seeking an Executive Director to be the face of the organization, responsible for supporting the implementation of its strategic plan. Illustrated Duties: The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to, the following fundamental job duties:Facilitate and provide student career planning activities for all students 9-12; schedule individual and group planning sessions
Maintain and organize career center
Disseminate scholarships/awards/financial aid information

Perform liaison duties with Hennepin Technical Institute as well as organize information and coordinate college visitations
