Skills Needed:

Student Support Services Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide clerical support to the Cambridge-Isanti Director of Student Support Services.

Assist Cambridge-Isanti Director of Student Support Services special education fiscal coding/recordkeeping/ordering.

Complete input and ensure accuracy of special education MARSS data.

Ensure that all new IAs in the district take and successfully pass the PCA test needed for MA billing and maintain PCA roster.

Serve as account manager for the following programs: Woodcock Johnson, CELF-5, News-2-You, Think Central, Enderle Severson, AIMsWeb, etc.

Enter necessary information required by MDE for due process compliance audits and fiscal compliance monitoring.

Complete assigned ESY paperwork (schedules, staffing needs, reserving rooms).

Assist with processing homeless, 504 and care and treatment paperwork and reporting requirements. Distribute test protocols, due process brown folders, etc. as needed.

Update Restrictive Procedures Plan on an annual basis. Update TSES as directed.

Prepare and print materials for training (i.e. CEU certificates, training materials, evaluations). Monitor the submission of all PARs.

Assist Director of Finance and Operations with gathering information needed for Federal draws. Assist with EDRS, Skyward and SpEd forms as related to Student Support Services.

Buildings and Grounds Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work to the Buildings & Grounds department. -Create purchase orders for the purchase of Buildings & Grounds goods, services, and equipment as requested.

-Distributes bid documents, prepares legal notices for bids, and maintains bid files.

-Maintains the documentation for payment of vendor invoices for Buildings & Grounds.

-Prepares and processes purchase orders and Procurement Card purchases, reconciles statements.

Hours per day:

235 days per year

$19.44-$22.28 per hour
