Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in social work, psychology, or related field, or equivalent and considerable experience working with at-risk students, families, and other agencies
Successful background check required.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Skills Needed:
Previous experience with intermediate students preferred.
Job Summary:
Performs professional work in individual, small group, or classroom settings to guide, assess, mentor, and counsel students. Educate and provide emotional support, personal counseling, career and college readiness, and other services to meet the unique needs of students. Collaborate with staff and parents to make recommendations for student success.
