POSTING #: 1403 WORK HOURS: Full-time, 12-month position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. JOB DUTIES: Under the supervision and direction of the Buildings and Grounds Director and High School Head Custodian this position is responsible for: *Maintaining good working order of all district buildings and building equipment, including but not limited to: oBoilers and chillers oPool oHVAC and Energy Management system oElectrical systems oStructural integrity of buildings oSecurity systems oFire systems oAll Building, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment *Budgeting for and ordering supplies relevant to building and equipment maintenance *Working closely with Head Custodians and Buildings and Grounds Director on building and equipment maintenance needs *Maintaining a safe environment for staff, students, and community *Snow removal, cleaning and other duties as assigned by High School Head Custodian DEADLINE: Applications accepted online at www.isd47.org/employment until filled. POSTING #: 1404 WORK HOURS: 2.75 hours per day; student contact days only during the school year. JOB DUTIES: Assist the Head Cook in daily preparation for lunch service.
