Early Childhood Resource Coach
Position Location: Serving families residing in Pine County
Position Purpose:
This position is being hosted on behalf of the Pine County Children’s and Family Services Collaborative. Through interagency collaboration, the Early Childhood Resource Coach will mentor families with high mental health/social-emotional/behavior needs through the process of obtaining access to available resources. Specifically, services will be readily accessible to families (i.e., no evaluation process; limited ‘red tape’) and will be focused on identifying and prioritizing the mental health needs of the family system.
Essential Duties:
- Coaching Families
- Identify social-emotional/behavioral/mental health needs of the child and/or the parent/guardian
- Create goals tailored to meet the needs/priorities set forth by each family
- Provide parent education on targeted social-emotional topics
- Conduct home visits, as needed, to help support identified needs and goals
- Provide interim service while connecting family to long-term providers
- Family Resource Connection
- Have knowledge of local and state resources to help support and guide families through the mental health system and to appropriate resources
- Attend meetings and collaborate with other professionals in Pine County on shared families
- Consult with local agencies on mental health topics related to children ages birth to 5
- Service Promotion
- Attend meetings and other community events to promote the services provided by the Early Childhood Resource Coach and provide information about the referral process
- Other Duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
Band/Music Teacher
East Central School District has an opening for a full-time K-12 Instrumental Band/Music Teacher beginning the 2023-24 school year.
Special Education Teacher – Districtwide
We currently have a districtwide special education teaching position working with students in PK-12th grade to begin the 2023-2024 school year. This is a support role to take on excess caseload work, support program needs (such as level III) that come and go, and create supportive programs for students as needed.

ADSIS Reading Coordinator
This is a part-time (.5 FTE) position at Rush City High School (Grades 7-12). Must have ability to work with students with unique reading needs. This position is part of our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
· Passion for Reading
· Work with teachers on intervention placements
· Select and implement evidence based reading interventions
· Collect data needed for ADSIS grant
· Progress monitor and collect data for students
· Be a resource for teachers
· Compile end of year report for Superintendent on success of program
· Communicate effectively with families about student progress
· Member of the MTSS Reading and MTSS ADSIS Committees
· Use and input data into EduCLIMBER

ADSIS Behavior Coordinator
This is a part-time (.5 FTE) position at Rush City High School (Grades 7-12). Must have the ability to work with students experiencing academic and/or behavioral challenges.
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
· Work with teachers, intervention teams, school personnel, families, students, and other agencies to support student success
· Determine appropriate interventions for students
· Implement intervention with fidelity
· Adjust intervention in response to student data
· Determine students eligible for services
· Monitor eligibility for exit
· Serve as a member of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Team (MTSS)
· Other duties as assigned per ADSIS guidelines
