CE Jacobson Elementary School is seeking an Interventionist with a focus on math for the 2021-2022 school year. The purpose is to provide instruction to assist students who need additional academic support to succeed in the general education environment. This position is part of our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support to provide evidence-based academic interventions. Experience with Bridges is preferred. The ability to handle data accurately and efficiently is a must. This position will present outcomes monthly to all stakeholder groups. This position will provide academic interventions for students in grades K-6 who are identified as high risk. Speech/Language Pathologist
Educational speech-language pathologists provide prevention, assessment, and remediation services for students who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency. These services are designed to help children meet their educational goals.
School Psychologist
Performs professional work preforming diagnostic evaluation of students, assessing and interpreting intellectual, social and/or emotional development, conducting consultations, preparing and maintaining files and records, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Special Services Director.
Special Education Teacher – Evaluator
The Special Education Teacher – Evaluator provides educational evaluation and/or classroom observations for comprehensive educational evaluations program for students who may have an educational disability.
Adaptive Physical Education Teacher
The Teacher develops material and lesson plans, conducts classroom instruction and evaluates and assess student performance. The incumbent meets with parents, interprets student progress, and informs parents/guardians about student strengths, weaknesses, and progress.
