Work Based Learning Teacher

‘Work Based Learning’ Teacher at the STEP Program, located in Howard Lake MN, for Meeker & Wright Special Education Cooperative #0938

1.0   FTE Position available for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year.

Background:  The STEP Transition Program is an educational program for young adults ages 18-21 with special needs located in Howard Lake, MN.  It is a community-based special education program emphasizing work experience and independent living skills.  The program is part of the Meeker & Wright Special Education Cooperative (MAWSECO) #938. The MAWSECO central office is located in Howard Lake, MN which is west of the metro and south of St. Cloud.

Candidate would case manage and teach approximately 10-12 students in a 18-21 year old transition disabled program located in Howard Lake.

Qualifications:  DCD or Work Experience licensure preferred but all other licensures will be considered.

 

 

Special Education Teacher – Journeys Program

Background Information:  The Journeys Alternative Program is an elementary mid-level setting IV EBD program located in Howard Lake, MN.  The program enrolls students from several districts and is multi-agency in nature.  Journeys is part of the Meeker & Wright Special Education Cooperative (MAWSECO) #0938-52.

The MAWSECO central office is located in Howard Lake, MN which is west of the metro and south of St. Cloud.

The MAWSECO central office is located in Howard Lake, MN which is west of the metro and south of St. Cloud.

  • Participates in and attends meetings and activities related to content design/development.
