NLA is a small charter school located in Forest Lake MN serving 20% SpEd student population in a supportive, innovative environment. We value capacity to perform tasks at a high level by limiting caseloads and duties so staff can serve students well.
NLA special education staff work with caseloads typically between 10-15 students, majority of which are federal setting 1 or 2.
