FTE:  Full Time, 1.0 FTE
Responsible To:  Director of Specialized Services
Screening to Begin: Febuary 27, 2018
Position Purpose:  To provide leadership and supervision of Special Education Services and Programs (K-12+)

Qualifications/Licensure:Valid State of Minnesota License – Director of Special Education; Special Education Teacher licensure or related service provider license
Five (5) years in special education experience
Three (3) years previous administration experience in special education
Program development and experience evaluating teachers
Proven success in working with students, parents, staff and administrators
Experience with continuous improvement and data management

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2017:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Non-Aligned Coordinators, manager and Supervisors and Chaska School District 112.  This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).
