Description of District/Program: St. Francis Public School District is located in the North metro and provides education for approximately 4,700 students. The position we are hiring for will provide ELL services at two of our elementary sites, East Bethel Community School (K-5) and Cedar Creek Community School (K-5). There are approximately 55 EL students between the two schools requiring direct service from the ELL teacher. Summary of duties: *Service identified EL students at Cedar Creek Community School and East Bethel Community School *Provide push in services in collaboration with general education teachers *Provide pull out services for newcomers *Provide appropriate monitoring and indirect services for students exited from EL *Complete required paperwork, including state forms and progress reports *Identify new EL students using the WIDA screener and/or W-APT *Administer the ACCESS in the Spring
