This position supports the accounting needs of the district specifically within the Special Services Department. Job Summary: Data entry of all information in EDRS system Verify/Reconcile state and federal reimbursements in EDRS Monitor and reconcile all federal programs and work with staff on the input of information Revise codes as needed and EDRS/UFARS accountability Assist the Director of Special Services in development of special education budgets Assist the Director of Teaching and Learning in development of Title and other federal budgets Assist in preparation of data and reports for the annual audit Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile EDRS and UFARS systems MARSS reporting Tuition Billing and Contracted Services
