Head Boys Cross Country Coach

Description: Head Boys Cross Country coach beginning August 2017. Position will be 12-15 hours per week. Practice and competitions with the High School Girls Cross Country Team. Job Summary: Oversee practices, preparation, coordination and organization of all aspects of Boys Cross Country. This person must also work very closely with the Girls Head Coach and all assistant coaches within each program. Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Boys Cross Country program which may include but not limited to: recruiting participants, managing a very large roster, helping to coordinate transportation, work with the Activities Office on pre-season meetings, eligibility, and equipment.

Head High School Boys Golf Coach

Description: Head High School Boys Golf Coach for Shakopee Schools. Assignment begins March 2018 and runs through the middle of June 2018. Job Summary: Coaching the boys golf team. Knowledge and understanding of the rules of golf with the ability to explain, interpret, and apply this knowledge to student/athletes. Must be able to demonstrate skills and techniques on the golf course and/or driving range.

Adult Basic Education Teacher

This part-time teaching position provides an opportunity to work with adults in Adult Basic Education program located at the Central Learning Center. As a part of the ABE teaching team, this position will require using cooperative teaching strategies during instruction and integrating technology into learning. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, this position will be approximately 7-13 hours per week for 47 weeks based on program needs. Schedule includes 7 hours per week during the summer and approximately 13 hours per week during the school year.
