Under the direction of the Technology Coordinator, the Lead Technician is responsible for providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technical support to building personnel and district-wide support in the use of technology; providing technical support in the use of a wide variety of hardware, applications and software within the building; setting up and installing computers, upgrades and applications; troubleshooting programs, printer or connectivity issues; ensure functioning of State testing (e.g. MCA, ACT, etc.) application/tests to ensure testsrun properly, to troubleshoot issues, and to ensure proper version(s) are installed and ready for students.

STEM Specialist
HSRA is looking for a dynamic outgoing person to teach in our 21st Century Experiential STEAM Shop program! The STEAM Specialist will work with our team to execute a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) program for HSRA students. This person will present HSRA students with an innovative, experiential, and experimental program that helps students learn the principles of Physics, Mechanics, and Engineering in a creative and hands-on way. The STEAM Specialist will utilize experiments, curate community guests to supplement their programming in house and on experiential field trips, and provide a fun experimental class experience! (Machines! Engineering! Engines! Robots! Computers! Coding! Experiments! FUN!) The ability to incorporate coding / computer supplemental programming is a huge plus. They will be responsible for overseeing student engagement, curriculum construction, experiential learning planning / facilitating, classroom teaching, administrative tasks, and student projects.
