Work with district departments to minimize the amount of data needed to be entered and reduce redundancy in data processing. Facility: On-site meeting/presentation support for all staff or groups who book meeting rooms. Ascertaining technology needs at time room is reserved, follow-up with the reserving party and set-up the rooms prior to meetings/presentations. Staff the room during the meeting/presentation when necessary or requested. Technology Support: Technical support for Fee Pay at peak times for both transportation and food service. Technology trouble shooting for individual staff where requested. Curriculum and Instruction: Assist central office staff with the use of Google. Assist with the development of teacher renewal content in an effort to create a paperless system. Human Resources: Maintain HR sites (web content management); lead moving HR recording keeping and other processes to paperless-research and support hiring, changes in employment, personnel issues. Project based tasks as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Director of Human Resources. Public Relations/Communication: Lead discussions and track requirements of DNS, domain renewals and ongoing technology maintenance for all District websites. Provide District and school website maintenance support including page and site creation. Lead all technology and troubleshooting efforts related to server issues, including leading District’s response during server down times or interruptions. Work with Life Touch to maintain and update online photo directories.Oversee StaffNet sign-in sync so all staff members with Novell can access StaffNett. Create and manage interactive web forms. Oversee all data reports to Blackboard Connect, monitor the nightly student information feed and work with the technology department to troubleshoot any issues related to data. Serve as backup support for e-newsletter blasts and robo-calls. Transportation: Automate imports of bus routes group within Blackboard Connect, or conduct them manually once a week. Automate interface with bus company to improve speed of message creation for Bus Status page and Blackboard Connect and reduce staff time per message. Backup support for other staff regarding server related issues, including Versatrans RP, Versatrans Onscreen, IDM, Synergy, Onscreen, Student Plans, etc. Create and Manage web forms-Update and maintain the Transportation department webpage. Create and deploy a Versatrans configuration with separate “Future” and “Current” databases. Maintain a minimum of twice weekly restore of “Current” database. Assist exploration and report on the feasibility of a work order system. (Helpdesk ticket model or workload triage and implement if feasible.
